Happy New Year!

Well folks, we made it! 2013 has arrived! Wasn’t 2012 one huckuva year? Facebook went public, the Olympics were a big hit in London, we landed a new rover on Mars, Felix Baumgartner jumped out of a perfectly good space capsule and made history, Superstorm Sandy ravaged the north east, President Obama was re-elected, and we survived the Mayan apocalypse. So bring it on 2013, we’re ready!

Speaking of the New Year, it’s time to talk about resolutions. Fitness tends to be a big one. People sign up for the gym, take up yoga, or do something completely different like martial arts or rock climbing to get fit or lose weight. But there’s other things people tend to focus on, like:

1.  Spend more time with family and friends
2.  Quit smoking
3.  Read more
4.  Enjoy life more
5.  Quit drinking
6.  Get out of debt
7.  Learn something new
8.  Help others
9.  Get organized
10. Get a new job

So whatever you’re planning for the 2013, go big! Remember, it’s not what you do, but how you do it.
